Business Development Officer – Job Description
Immediate opening for a uniquely skilled Business Development Officer for our exciting, fast-
paced west metro Denver investment management firm!

Bespoke Holding’s first Fund has been completely invested with $21 million of equity raised and has a high estimated forward return. We are looking to fill this position to find investment opportunities for Fund II and future investment products. Our business is to enhance and the wealth of our investors. Bespoke Holdings Company is a performance-based asset manager, only earning fees when investors are paid.
DESCRIPTION
Bespoke Holdings is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded unique individual gifted with the skills to perform financial analysis and cultivate and maintain relationships with industrial-commercial brokers for the important role of finding new investment opportunities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify potential investment opportunities and skillfully negotiate contracts to ensure that our targeted returns are met, while delicately balancing the complexities of the process.
- Collaborate with our Financial Analyst to prepare a preliminary financial analysis and conduct thorough research on the supply and demand of comparable properties, which will be compiled into an Investment Committee Memorandum for approval of due diligence funds by our Investment Committee.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers and owners in our targeted markets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or economics preferred
- 5 + years of work experience in commercial brokerage or financial analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Self-motivated
- Superior work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a small team, entrepreneurial environment
- Thoughtful, imaginative, and intellectually curious with strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrates exceptional teamwork skills and effectively collaborates with others to achieve common goals

- Must have a thorough understanding of underwriting and valuation concepts.

Job Description: Bespoke Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and talented Financial Analyst to join the team offering a unique opportunity in the commercial real estate industry, specifically focused on industrial assets. As an important member of the investment team, our Financial Analyst will spend their time on due diligence, investment execution, creating and running portfolio analytics. This position will allow the analyst to see a constant flow of potential investments. This will enable him or her to gain experience evaluating new investments and learning from the ground-up, how a boutique investment company identifies, evaluates, and executes on investments in commercial real estate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analysis of potential investment acquisitions
- Lead the team’s due diligence efforts to understand each investment’s potential risk and potential return
- Create reports for the Investment Committee on each potential investment
- Liaise with team members and third parties to ensure a timely and efficient processes
- Create and maintain a database of market analysis of each potential city and product type that meets the fund’s investment criteria
- Manage the investment pipeline process
- Monitor portfolio performance metrics and financials
- Analyze tenant financials
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-4 years of work experience with an investment company, investment bank and/or venture capital firm a plus
- Outstanding financial and analytical skills
- Exceptional business writing and data synthesizing capabilities Proficient in Microsoft products
- Thoughtful, imaginative, and intellectually curious with strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
