Job Description: This team member will be responsible for assisting our CEO, Lead Property Manager, Accountant, and managing multiple projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Due diligence coordination with acquisition offer
  • Construction management assistance
  • Maintaining deadlines in Monday.com for items to be completed
  • Customer (tenant, broker, investor & third party PM clients) Relationship Management
    • Lease proposals and responses
    • Lease preparation
    • Lease processing (checklist)
    • Move-in coordination
    • Renewal administration and coordination
    • Gift coordination (new clients & holidays)
    • Events
    • Newsletter and other marketing coordination
    • Database management
  • Entity management (annual registration/filings and the like)
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Accounting / HR / Property Management
  • Accounts Receivable and or Accounts Payable
    • HR/Payroll processing & benefits management
    • Property tax appeals
    • Fee invoicing
    • Maintenance of tenant’s Certificate of Insurance
    • Calendar management of CEO
  • Office management
    • Supplies
    • Lunches/Breakfasts for meetings, etc.
    • Equipment management
    • Mail processing
    • Office décor & decorations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of like experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent writing proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, flexible and a team player.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with customers, co-workers and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task while maintaining deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Bespoke Holdings Company is a performance-based asset manager, only earning fees when investors are paid.

Job Description: Bespoke Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and talented Financial Analyst to join the team offering a unique opportunity in the commercial real estate industry, specifically focused on industrial assets. As an important member of the investment team, our Financial Analyst will spend their time on due diligence, investment execution, deal sourcing, and creating and running portfolio analytics. This position will allow the analyst to see a constant flow of potential investments. This will enable him or her to gain experience evaluating new investments and learning from the ground-up, how a boutique investment company by identifying, evaluating, and executing on investments in commercial real estate.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of potential investment acquisitions
  • Support the team’s due diligence efforts to ensure each investment provides a suitable return after further research while under-contract
  • Create reports for the Investment Committee on each potential investment
  • Deal sourcing
  • Liaise with team members and third parties to ensure a timely and efficient processes
  • Create and maintain a database of market analysis of each potential city and product type that meets the fund’s investment criteria
  • Manage the investment pipeline process
  • Monitor portfolio performance metrics and financials

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of work experience with an investment company, investment bank and/or venture capital firm a plus
  • Outstanding financial and analytical skills
  • Exceptional business writing and data synthesizing capabilities in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proficient in Microsoft products
  • Thoughtful, imaginative, and intellectually curious with strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with customers, co-workers and vendor relationships
  • Excellent teammate-collaborates well as a group to achieve common goals
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task while maintaining deadlines
  • Superior work ethic, self-driven with attention to detail and follow through
